| Requirements | Protection, Location, and Nationality as a system was created because of a corporate need to provide a uniform converged enterprise Determination Service Framework that returns a protection, location and nationality (PLaN) determination. A critical ingredient in compliance determinations for querying, targeting and dissemination workflows. The Determination Service provides a consistent, defensible methodology for making PLaN decisions and will decrease compliance incidents arising from reliance on insufficient or incorrect information being checked. Requirements gathering and analysis, Sprint Management (including Retrospectives, Reviews, and Planning), Confluence documentation and updates, Help Desk initial triage, Software skills: AWS, JIRA, CONFLUENCE, MS Suite (word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio). Experience w/ Selinium, testing, jmeter. Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. |
