| Requirements | Required: Familiarity with Systems (i.e Hardware, Software, Network/dataflow, cloud) engineering processes and procedures, Familiarity with SIGINT Systems, The ability to develop project management and systems engineering artifacts to capture processes, procedures, and for an overall project life cycle (i.e. CONOPS, Project Plan, Project and Program Schedules, Dependency Mapping, design diagrams, GAMBIT, requirements, work tickets, etc. . .), The ability to coordinate technical task and schedules with the IIOC strategic plans and initiatives, Ability to decompose and refine requirement to enable design, development, testing and End User validation, Ability to track requirement to closure (to include verification), Experience with Microsoft Project and Collaboration Tools (i.e. Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft SharePoint), Systems (or Software Engineer) with 14 to 20 years of experience, Self-Starter - ability to identify tasking and complete task with limited guidance. Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. |
